This morning I was in the wood workshop... unfortunately, due to the horrendous amount of necessary 'health and safety' talks and careful observation of every student taking their turn to use each machine, not much was achieved in the hours we were there.'Technoman' (as he so wishes to be called) demonstrated how to construct a canvas (which may come in handy later depending which course we choose), and we all used the different saw and sanding machines.
On the right is a photo of what I left the workshop with. Not very exciting to look at, but at least the induction is over. (Seriously, today made me contemplate the plausibility of literally dying of boredom..)
