Tonight Joey, Lia and I had a pumpkin carving night!
(During which Joey and I screamed our way through the Wicked soundtrack.)
None of us have ever really done it properly so we just guessed as we went along...
Anyway here are some photos from this evening...

And we made sure not to waste the remains either! We collected most of the pulp (and are planning to make pumpkin brownies later this week!) and I also had the honours of getting hands deep in the pumpkin gloop to find all the seeds... (trust me, there are a LOT).
