nice face you've got there

So one day last week I woke up in my flat and had an urge to draw.. something.
Hence I started working on this at half 6 on a Tuesday morning:

I think I'm almost as much as a fan of profiles as I am of Chris Colfer's face.
Almost.

But really, I really am a fan of profiles; possibly because features such as the nose, chin and forehead become so prominent and distinct in determining a person's face. Particularly the nose. Which is surprising considering I dislike mine.

Originally I had planned to shade this one in, but I figured I actually really liked it as a simple line drawing, because the features stand out by themselves. (Even though I have made a note to myself that the ear is slightly too far right and the eye is a little too wide.. so there are a couple of things to work on in the future!)
